Who legally employs my team?

We do. Your team members sign compliant local employment or contractor agreements with RowBranch, and we handle payroll, tax, and social insurance as their employer of record.

Do I need a legal entity to hire?

No. That is the point. You hire the people; we are the local legal employer, so you never open an entity, register for payroll, or file locally.

How does pricing work?

A flat fee per person per plan, plus anything your team actually uses at cost. Costs pass through with receipts and are never marked up. No setup fees, no lock-in.

How do payments work?

You receive one monthly statement. Funds are received before payroll runs, always. Contractors are paid their full agreed rate, with no fees on their side.
