Salaries, devices, venues, premiums and desks are billed at their actual price with receipts, never marked up. On the full package, service fees on extras drop away.

Who legally employs my team?

We do. Your team members sign compliant local employment or contractor agreements with RowBranch, and we handle payroll, tax, and social insurance as their employer of record.

Do I need a legal entity to hire?

No. That is the point. You hire the people; we are the local legal employer, so you never open an entity, register for payroll, or file locally.

Can I use Ground without moving my employment?

Yes. Ground works alongside Deel, Remote, or your own entity. You keep your employer of record and we handle the on-the-ground side: devices, workspace, benefits, and events.

How does pricing work?
